Happy March. Here’s a little something to update your screens with.
Like most of the patterns for the 2019 calendar, the pattern for this month was inspired by my grandma. She would make granny square blankets with yarn leftover from other projects. Most of them were black with colorful flowers inside the squares. I don’t know where any of those blankets are now, but whenever I see one I remember her crocheting away and making those little squares.
Behind my computer you can see my small seedling set up – I’m trying to channel my grandma’s natural ability to grow anything.🌱
