All orders are shipped with the United States Post Office. Standard shipping takes approximately 3 to 5 days and is shipped either First Class Mail or Parcel Post, depending on the weight of the package. The 2 day shipping option is shipped via Priority Mail.

Policy
When ordering personalized items you will receive a proof for your approval prior to creating the order. Errors
made by Letter C design will be corrected immediately.
Products by Letter C design are handcrafted. There may be some
slight variation in color, texture of finish. Please note that
paper products are fragile in nature. Contact Letter C design
for information on how to return your merchandise.
It's been two days and I haven't received my proof?
Proof emails are sent with a pdf attachment, so there is a chance the proof went to your junk email folder. Check there first and if the proof isn't there send me an email and I will resend the proof.
I can't open up the pdf proof?
If you can't open up the pdf proof, let me know and I will send you your proof in another format.
Why can't I see what my card / notebook will look like online?
Each piece is designed when the order is received. Everything is designed depending on the options chosen - this way every factor is taken into consideration. When you receive the proof and it's not exactly what you were looking for, let me know and I will send you a new proof.
Can I Make my own color combinations?
Sure, just place your order and when checking out make a note of it in the comments.
Do I have to have an address on my address labels?
Of course not. Many people order the address labels with just a name or a little note on them. This works great for gift stickers, labeling items or for wedding favors. We also carry labels in many other sizes - just email us to ask about it.
